# Differences between budgets

> How is the budget calculated?

To make your life easier we provide you with the `budgetWithNotaryFees` in addition to the Hestia budget. <br />
This is the figure you can directly compare with loan estimates from banks.

This is just an example, to simplify things everything is rounded.
